I hve used services of many mobile operators and all hve the same prob, lack of proper customer service n support. I hve been usin reliance lately n too b honest the service is 100 times digusting than idea or vodafone. I think u hve to see at things at macro level, u hve been usin vodafone by 4 years and just by this incident u cannot degrade them. This situation is even valid to ur friends, love, family.
